2015
Started my business part-time and made only $20k my very first year (not quite a online rags to riches story I was hoping for.)
2018
I came back to my business and started my hustle harder lifestyle and made 6-figures my first year full time.
2021
Jenn and I dissolved our self-branded agencies and started The Ad Girls that hit 7-figures in the first year and got featured in Forbes.
2022
I focused on building an agency that would run WITHOUT me.
2017
After a few false starts never jumping in full time I quit my business to go and work for someone else because I thought it gave me ‘security’… I was laid off within 6 months.
2020
I was idling at $20k months and couldn’t break the ceiling, so I did the only thing I knew how to do, I worked harder, met my future business partner Jennifer Spivak, and doubled my previous year’s income.
End of 2021
I hit burnout HARD. I was almost hospitalized and decided something had to change.
2023
I launched a mentorship program where I teach other agency owners the EXACT system I use to grow and run a 7-figure digital marketing agency.

It doesn’t have to be so hard
Growing an online agency is hard. Being an entrepreneur is hard.
But, it doesn’t have to be THIS hard.
It doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your entire life for client happiness. It doesn’t have to mean putting out constant fires. It doesn’t have to mean choosing between getting paid or working 14 hour days just to get the work done.
It’s not your fault, you are just following an outdated map that teaches you if you just work harder it will come. It won’t. If that’s all it took we’d all be millionaires.
You are not failing, you just have the wrong map. Let’s pave a new path together.
